They then say that they don’t want me to lose my autopay discount. They took discounts away from card users, and they probably want to avoid credit card fees. This is a poor customer service experience. Search “t-mobile autopay” to see all of the complaints.

Same happened to me. I think they want us to switch to a bank account. I told them no.

I am not worried about them - just making the point that their morale is probably bad. They might have signed up a long time ago, by the way, and they have nothing to do with incarceration or imperialism. In Seattle they ran free vacillation clinics during COVID and they help with search and rescue.
