Humans are born the most incredible and intelligent thing in the universe. Idiocracy is developed through the active and constant suppression of intelligence by society. Tech is irrelevant.

Journal! I always keep my journal and my book together. ANY time we're too full to take in something that's deeply meaningful for us, it's time to journal out our feelings and experiences and transform them from repressed energy to expressable energy, then we can choose where our attention goes ❤️
