They are always so picky about them too. I had to re-take my own self submitted pic 7 times bc I "was looking to the left too much" or didn't have warm enough light.

Whats your technique? Look for the little movements?

Im sure it depends on the college but I've seen people contact the parking services office for a waiver. Like a faculty level pass.
