I have no idea how common such an autopsy is, but it is wild to me that the pathologist's defense is that it didn't occur to him that the couple would see his IG video and recognize that it is their baby in the video. As though they cannot put two and two together.

I do hope folks are protecting as many records as they can before those acting under the illegal guidance of Musk purge those records.
