Not by becoming an extremist person full of hatred and bitterness. It's toxic and damages your mind. I've been through it myself and I see the same patterns of behaviour repeating over and over. Everyone is harmed by transphobia. Access to medical gender care is often life saving. It saved my life.

Detransitioning isn't the issue, just like transitioning isn't... It's the twisting and vilifying of these experiences that is. When you medically transition,you make a choice, if you are in the small % of regret then that should be dealt with in a healthy manner....
