Hammond is a street #cat. He came around for food; we TNR’d him & he didn’t come back for 6 months, but then he stuck around. He moved in late 2022 and tomorrow we’ll say goodbye. He was all about that housecat life but FIV had other plans. He was a very sweet cat and getting sweeter by the day.

Finally broke the Dry January fast with a bottle of RC Reserve. That’s Roman Coppola. Used to have 1% petite Syrah in here but lately it’s been 100% Syrah.

This very nearly happened within an hour of MTV’s initial broadcast when they played a clip of Iron Maiden playing “Iron Maiden” from the album _Iron Maiden_. But it was a live performance and credited in the chyron to “Killers ‘81”

I built a mechanical keyboard for my Atari 400. I had a vintage B-Key keyboard whose caps fit on Cherry MX stems, so it worked out well, except for the original 10U space bar and the control keys with their bezels. #retrocomputing #8bit
