As Joe Biden said, this guy "doesn’t have a democratic bone in his body". For Xi there is only Win-Lose, use naive other countries (losers) to build a Chinese superpower (winner).
Its sad but reality.

But it is partly made to beat Russia and to function in cold climate + can use Meteor and Taurus missiles.

I don't know what to call it but my country is moving from 6 bill usd to 20 bill usd (triple) in yearly military expenses and the CV90 factory (armoured vehicles) for example has increased its production by ten times.
So its a mixted picture in Europe.

It will be VERY interesting to see if the US will dare to cut off the PURL mechanism.
Because they will soon face that dilemma. Ukraine will not bow and Ukraine have real friends in Europe that have prepared for this scenario.
