I get your rationale but if Dems can’t win the msging war they have lost. Angus King basically framed it as we are capitulating because fighting doesn’t work. And tone deaf statements from Schumer after the fact, when others all but acknowledged he was in on it, scream fecklessness and cowardice.

I suggest letting Senate offices know we will boycott fundraising efforts, in particular for the DSCC, unless leadership changes. Schumer’s job is to maintain unity and he is using others’ votes as a shield. We shouldn’t doubt that less vulnerable Senators fell on their swords to protect the guilty.
