I was about to hire a consulting firm to do about $3k of software development work, stuff that’s slightly outside of my wheelhouse (React Native + native Android), but I had to cancel because I ended up being able to get a workable solution with Claude 4 in about a day.

Sometimes you get totally stuck thinking there’s only one way to build a feature
Then suddenly it clicks and you realize you should have done it months ago.
This happened to me with adding the Shazam feature to the Tuneshine app, which just came out this week.

Wondering to what extent these “support feedback” emails you get are a way to redirect people’s anger and prevent them from writing a bad public review
