One of the best 5/10 films ever imo. Great ideas and unbelievable set design, plus some decent character motivations, then the plot and world building are plain laughable in parts. Still, the look of it all really sticks with you

There’s one for “reliable concrete mixing” with these heroic MIDI strings and horns that just sends me every time. It sounds like a military parade where all the soldiers are walking into each other and occasionally letting off an accidental gunshot

Right? Even his earlier IDM stuff is an easy sell because the melodies are so approachable. Dude is in a league of his own, especially when it comes to his mixdowns – just pristine

I’m gonna be super annoying and say that I think her voice and the production/arrangements carry it, but I think some of the songs themselves are a bit hookless. Some total bangers though, obvs
