@geekmomprojects @gvlx Thanks. I already swapped the ICs and they seem to work fine. Maybe its in fact the boards. I’ll take a closer look, when I’m back in school tomorrow.

@geekmomprojects @gvlx Good question. I‘ll try to find out. The boards came all from AliExpress so its hard to tell which one is from which vendor. But maybe I can find some information.

@MMagdowski Ah, das ist noch ein guter Tip. Dann verbinde ich - mit dem GND-Bein am IC und über den Widerstand je einen der nummerierten Ausgänge?

@geekmomprojects @gvlx Yes, they all flicker when I hold the power pins lightly to the power terminal creating short on/of cycles. The button however does nothing (visible) but is oriented the right way.

@VoltPaperScissors @marove Ja, ich kenne die Sets und würde sie auch gerne nutzen, aber ich zahle das im Moment aus eigener Tasche und da will ich nicht so viel ausgeben und bestelle (mit schlechtem gewissen) direkt in China.

I told them to leave the legs a little longer before testing if, they have to desolder something.

@MMagdowski Hi, danke dir! Die LEDs waren immer nur in dieser Schaltung, daran kann es nicht liegen. Die ICs sind eigentlich nicht programmierbar (NE555 und 4017BE) und es funktionieren ja auch auf dem einen Board, auf dem anderen aber nicht.

I also swapped the ICs from the working to the none working one without success.
