I think it might be contextual? You absorb an equal amount of information & story no matter how you read a book, but reading stamina can be important skill that doesn't improve with audio books.

I have a shark air purifier from amazon thats been really good for me. Have had it for about 2 years and only need to change filters twice.

I keep small animals in my room and I'm allergic to the hay. With that air filter I have't had any breathing issues since!
