It's mad how they defend billionaires when it comes to taxes, while punching down on people who have nothing.

They never seem to think about the fact that most people are one or two paycheques away from becoming homeless, but twenty million years worth of paycheques away from being Elon Musk.

Funny how it’s always those furthest away from billionaires who are their biggest cheerleaders. She probably thinks if she has their back vocally enough she’ll be spared. Didn’t work out so well for those “Latinos for Trump”.

Logical conclusion: If diverse ads are "anti-white," then all-white ones must be anti-everyone else. But crickets on that.

Hypocrites, just mad the world's not as pale as their echo-chamber worldview!

Seriously... is it "Overt National Racism Week" or something?

And where exactly does quota-thinking end?

Mandate every scene mirrors the census: 82% white, 9% Asian, 4% Black, 3% mixed, plus exact splits by age, disability and region? How about gingers or left-handed people?

Free market 101: Companies advertise to who buys their stuff. If diverse casts boost sales (and they do), that's capitalism working. But no, these people want to shackle businesses with "white enough" rules.

Anti-free enterprise much?

In a global market, good luck policing that absurd bureaucracy for fragile egos! Who even asked for that? Not like we have other problems or anything!

But we shouldn't really expect too much from the people who brought us Brexit.

Imagine a "White Quota Act" for ads.

Who enforces it? An entire Civil Service department of government inspectors with pantone sheets, counting up melanin levels per commercial, mandating brands re-cast and re-edit their ads to meet the local pigmentation quotas?

Even if some groups appear more than their population share, that’s not “racism”, it's just marketing!

Brands cast inclusively because it widens reach and lifts effectiveness. That’s capitalism working exactly as advertised.

Facts first. England & Wales are ~81.7% white and ~4.0% Black (2021 census). Seeing more than 4% Black faces across ads isn’t “erasure”; it’s casting choices in a diverse market where national audiences don’t all look the same.

Brexit strikes again!

Instead of trying to appease these people who’ll never vote for him anyway, Starmer should take that same advice:

“You govern as a majority government […] and some people won’t like it, but that’s the way it is.”
