Took a trip down to my nearest #Warhammer store to try and pick up the Mini of the Month, but apparently, they go really fast... they were all gone yesterday within two hours... so I made the trip worth it by picking up a few models while I wait for my Combat patrol box to arrive.

Imotekh, The Stormlord awakens the ancient defender obelisks to once again repel those who would encroach apon his land.
I had a blast painting these Convergence Of Dominion models! I tried dry bushing one these, and boy, do I think it turned out good!

Imotekh, The Stormlord awakens the ancient defender obelisks to once again repel those who would encroach apon his land.
I had a blast painting these Convergence Of Dominion models! I tried dry bushing one these, and boy, do I think it turned out good!

Despite not having power today, I was able to finish up these #AdeptusMechanicus Skitarri Rangers. These took soooooo much longer that the Necrons and I made so many mistakes while I was painting because of all the details... but man was is fun 😄

I'm painting up this unit of Skitarii rangers, and I don't know if it's just the time of the year or what.. but they all look like Santa's little attack squad 🤣 and those aren't purity seals. They are naughty and nice lists 🤣

Finished another little 3D printed mini! This time, it's a little Necron Plamsacyte Reanimator I found online. I'm still working on getting that 'glow' effect, and doing it on a 3D printed model probably isn't helping, but its getting better i think. #Warhammer40k #miniature #Hobby

Hey, #Warhammer40k Community! I've been seeing people 3D print minis and wanted to try. I have a very small resin printer that I did these on. I don't know what the consensus is on printing custom minis, so I didn't want to print a big expensive model and get in trouble. Is this okay? #miniature

I had so much fun putting together and painting the first set of models, I ran back to my local hobby store and bought another one! It's all set for priming! I'm so ready to get painting on my second model set!!

Holy crap... it's done... the roof is done... I still need to finish the Soffit, Facia, and Siding, but the hardest part is all done. I'm going to sleep so well tonight now that I don't have tarps and ladders on my roof anymore. 😌

Mother nature has put a pause on my roof replacement for the weekend... but it gives me a chance to burn some of the crap that I've ripped off my house. I hope I can finish this soon, but it looks like I'll have to work between the rain for the next few weeks.

Half of my roof is finally done! 4 weeks into an expected 3-week project, and I'm halfway done! I've still got a few more things to take care of on this half, like siding, eaves, and the ridge cap on the dormer, but it feels great to see half of this done finally...

Roof is finally going on! The brain power needed to make the interlocking and overlaping folds of all the panels and flashing is absolutely exhausting. Just the small kickout flashing under the eaves was a pain to figure out. But the rest should be pretty smooth sailing. 🤞

I got around to staining my second panel today. The Gel Stain was a bit tricky to get off, especially when I had to start wiping it off as soon as I finished applying it 😅 but this turned out really good to me!

My second test panel using oak veneer panels and a laser engraving table to burn the design in. I think I can tweak the settings a bit to make the lines a bit wider and not so fine, but the design came out amazing!! This weekend will be the prep, staining, and assembly!
