Better and more consistent sales, but it gets a decent bump for those casual players. Draft/event wise I'd say worse. Aetherdrift started high and petered off, while for Spiders it took prerelease and one draft for all our regulars to pass due to the small set size complications and Pick-Two.

I'm a LGS owner and I'd agree. It's gotten similar moments to impulse grabbing a pack of Pokemon from people who don't play magic. Drafts are hit or miss for us. Nowhere near EoE

Even setting aside my nostalgia, it's just a perfectly distinct style. We should go back to this.
