The way you describe it kinda reminds me of this cut bit from The Little Mermaid

One of the best boomer shooters I have ever played in my life. Hard as balls and completely unforgiving, but amazing gunplay and some seriously impressive tech pushing the Build Engine to its limits.

Peak childhood game. The squad mechanics are cool af and having a Star Wars game without jedi in it is a breath of fresh air. I wish we'd get more Star Wars games from the Clone's perspectives.

Easily my favorite game in the Metro series. I do miss the cramped corridors of the Moscow Metro tunnels, but the game still managed to have some beautiful environments and an impalpable atmosphere that feels like the perfect blend of STALKER and Far Cry 2.

I'm not usually one for intense PVP games, but Fortnite is just goofy enough that I can't really stay mad at it for long if I get bested.

That, and the game was responsible for bringing five-fret rhythm gaming back to the mainstream eye thanks to Fortnite Festival, and I'm forever grateful for it.

Postal 2 is the most 2000's PC game I've ever played. The humor is incredibly crass and tasteless and does everything to get a rise out of the player, and it gets me every time. The game tempts you to go on a homicidal rampage at every corner, and I can never resist it. It's amazing stress relief.

Much like New Vegas, this was my entry into the Yakuza franchise and I'm all the more thankful I made the plunge. The juxtaposing tones make the whole experience so unique, getting incredibly silly one moment, then gut-wrenching the next. I urge anyone curious about the games to play this one

I love all the Fallout games on different levels, but New Vegas holds a special place in my heart of being my entry to the series. Ever since I picked this game up, I've been hyperfixated on the games, studying the lore so thoroughly that I know more about Fallout lore than I do actual US history.

It may not be the best in the series, but the memories I have with Rock Band 4 are irreplaceable. So many late nights with friends, getting drunk and singing early 2000's pop-punk music together... just some fantastic times all around.

Easily the best co-op game I've ever experienced. I've shared laughs with friends as well as strangers, and I can hardly think of a gaming community that's as nice and welcoming as this one. My pickaxe hungers for the rock of Hoxxes IV and my hatred for bugs knows no bounds.

I know the game had a rocky start, but I played it years after launch and I can easily say it is one of the best RPGs I've ever played. Amazing, gritty open world with tons of choices that feel like they carry some real consequences. Not a game for the faint of heart, but one I recommend regardless

A thread of pictures I took at MerMagic Con. It was my first time attending and I loved every minute of it. The stars were perfectly aligned for this to happen and I hope I get to do it again!
