My #D&D group just got finished with a trip to the World Below, where they met and befriended the Deep Kobolds of the Tonne Tribe! Here we see Chief Mura Tonne on the left, leader of the Tonnes. Commander Mask Blackshield on the right commands the Tonnes' only military group, the Spears of Tonne!

Wyllo's first magic affinity was fire. It's always come easy, and that makes it dangerous. If a Laratian mage dives too deep into their affinity element, it can consume them. Wyllo has danced on the edge of falling into the flames more than once.

A healer NPC for my #D&D game, Blueberry! She's a priestess of Alenia (goddess of the cycle of life) with a vow of pacifism. She helped Quartzburrow get back on its feet when it declared independence, but she always wanted to adventure. When the PCs proved themselves capable, she asked to join them.

More alternate forms for my #dnd5e druid, Kopio! A Deviljho (boss music included), an Archaic Celestial, a Giant Crocodile, and the ever-menacing Tyrannosaurus Rex!

An RP character named Akii! He's an ikasi, the same species as my other yellow snake guy Esskar. Akii's cultural group is far less aggressive than the one Esskar is from, though even then Akii is considered basically a hippie 'cuz he likes interacting with other species.

An RP character of mine, Odan! They're the result of leaving a self-optimizing robotics repair shop alone for long enough. One day it decided to be a People, built a body, and walked out the door.

My changeling druid, Kopio, will be facing off in a competition against the archfae of the sirens. They got a fancy outfit commissioned that incorporates a lot of peacock imagery and evokes the look of the first siren archfae, to try and remind the sirens of who they used to be.

An old reference sheet for my classic healer, Ryane Silverhorn. Her people are burrowing cousins of true dragons, and incorporate minerals and metals into their diets. The inspiration from bearded dragons is very intentional here, I like how they look.

Some years back, a challenge went around where you'd get a random pokemon and draw three alternate designs for it. I did Bellossom and Zebstrika. "I'ma zap you, doop doop!" still makes me chuckle.
