ECG in patient presenting with chest pain. ST-segment elevation in inferior leads (II, III, aVF). But no reciprocal change in the anterior leads. Would you take this patient to the cath lab? They did emergently: no obstructive disease.

In the Weimar Republic of the 1920s, efficient apartment space living was created by Ernst May. The low-rise apartments featured a front lawn a small garden. The kitchen was designed for efficiency and ease of movement. I was most intrigued by the small aluminum drawers.

The Frankfurt Kitchen as designed by architect Grete Schütte-Lihotzky in the 1920s, as a laboratory for food preparation in small apartments. It predates modern kitchens which have incorporated a lot of the design elements. The year 2026 will be the 100th anniversary.
