I have no sense of scale among the mountains, I barely understand the concept, but that looks very close up to me.
I would have said somewhere along that blue ridge, unless the zoom is fooling me and it's the other Valley altogether. Those are big buildings. Doesn't really matter.

That thing at the end does not look like a tank driving to me, maybe it's the 🔴 land dinghy the tank had in tow? Also, something is smoking🟡, no idea what, could even be the tank that raced ahead and broke down?
