No, Springtrap is not in the Toy Freddy Film teaser.
Here's a side-by-side comparison of a brightened version of the real image vs the fake one that's circulating.

The giveaway that the fake version is fake is that they accidentally made Springtrap's arm partially cover one of the highlights.
