Falling behind on these. Week 13 Patti Smith- Horses. Absolutely fantastic album. Again, asking myself why I have never listened to this before. Remember seeing her come out with the Dalai Lama at Glastonbury proper confused #52AlbumsIn52Weeks

Forgot to post this, Week 11 Sufjan Stevens- Illinois. Hated it 😂. I think 17 year old Chris would have liked it. Some of the instrumentation reminded me of Beruit who I used to love. But I found it proper cringey. Couldn't listen to it for the full week. We go again next week #52AlbumsIn52Weeks

Week 10 Wu Tang Clan- Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). Most songs I knew from them were not from this album. Remember watching them at Glastonbury and love it. Absolutely loved every second listening to this. Right up there, one of the best so far this year. #ProtectYourNeck #52AlbumsIn52Weeks

Week 9 Supertramp - Breakfast in America. Again, knew the "hits". It cheered me right up. I know I'm picking acclaimed albums so no surprise I absolutely loved it. #52AlbumsIn52Weeks

Week 8 De La Soul- 3 Feet High and Rising. Remember watching them at Glastonbury years ago. Obviously just knew the hits. Absolutely loved every second of it. Was a bit long to fit it in the commute each day so will have to pick shorter albums from now on.

Week 7 Talking Heads- Remain in light. Absolutely loved it. Recognised a few songs, will defo be listening to their other albums. ✅

With the derby I forgot to post Week 6. This week's was Kendrick Lamar -To pimp a butterfly. Never listened to him before. Didn't like it at first but over the week massively grew on me. Definitely going to explore more of his stuff, starting from the debut. I'm so out of touch with "new" music.

Week 5 John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers- A Hard Road. It was a grower at first but it just didn't suit the commute. Headphones on ✅ Anything with Peter Green on is boss anyway

Week 4 Tears for Fears- Songs from The Big Chair. Probably my favourite album listened to in the list so far. Lifted the mood on the commute. Very good ✅

Week 3 Marvin Gaye- What's Going On. I think I'm pregnant after listening to this all week. Enjoyed it ✅
