There should be a hotel that is just a train that makes a loop around a city that is all sleeper cars. I think that would be a really cozy night's sleep.

There are plenty of trains adapted for climbing steep slopes. The funicular railway uses slotted tracks that allow cog-like wheels to get extra tracking while moving along steep routes.
It's also a pretty fun name if you ask me 😁
