Geneseo has appointed Ann Monroe-Baillargeon, PhD, as the dean for the Ella Cline Shear School of Education (SOE), effective January 29, 2026. She comes to Geneseo from Houghton University (NY), where she served most recently as associate provost and director of online programs.
