So they can (can't, but will anyway, they've already started) declare anyone they don't like as a non-citizen to deport or disappear however they want?

To clarify, barfing at my comment and the absurdity and horror of where we are, not saying that those being offered showers are vomit inducing. This regime is sickening and I hate everything about it.

I see this question and ask it multiple times a day myself, and there's never an answer. Only response, if any, is protest, call/write our representatives, keep the hope that we'll prevail; but all of that is meaningless if no one in position to enforce the law will actually enforce the law 😭
