I can, a few options.
A) It's Classic CJD, they're family members. Sad, but it happens.
B) It's a weird statistical anomaly of the random CJD rates (1 in 1 Million, Oregon pop ~4 mil. Math works)
C) From a Cow with BSE (BAD!)
D) From a CWD deer (CATASTROPHIC!)
