Article 3 Section 3 of the Constitution can counterbalance the 2nd Amendment.
ACTUALLY, the second Amendment may have been put in place to offset Article 3, Section 3, now that I think about it! If Trump turns the national guard(WAR) on the American people, it's TREASON!

The Post office was self-sufficient. The money they make selling products & Services was NEVER INTENDED to turn a profit. The money paid the employees and purchased
goods to the public! No federal government support as of 1970! Congress then changed the rules again in 2006.
