Thank you to The Rotary Club of Toronto and its Charitable Foundation for the generous donation of $12,000 in support of food for our #AdultDayPrograms (ADP). Through food, connection and movement, our ADPs help older adults live independently and with dignity. Last year, we served over 5,000 meals.

Today is #InternationalYouthDay. We celebrate the energy, creativity, and resilience of young people everywhere. It is a chance to highlight the challenges youth face, honour their contributions, and promote their meaningful engagement in shaping a better future.

Data collected by the drop-in centres from local #SupervisedConsumptionSites show a devastating surge in overdoses since the closures in March.

The crisis is growing.

Join us on June 21 for Tai Chi at 349 Ontario Street or participate virtually to support seniors in our community. Whether it's Tai Chi, a walk, or your favorite activity, every step helps. All funds raised go directly to enhancing seniors' programs and services.

Good News! Supervised Consumption Sites has been granted an injunction, allowing us to stay open until the court makes its final decision. This is a huge step forward in our fight to protect life-saving harm reduction services. Thank you to everyone who has supported us!
Official announcement of injunction with text: Accordingly, I hereby exempt all existing SCSs from the provision of section 2 of CCRA until 30 days after the release of my decision in this matter. Costs will be addressed following the delivery of my reasons on the application and in accordance with a timetable that will be set at that time.

We also focused on the role of quilting in #BlackHistory, recognizing it as a symbol of resistance, community, and unity. As part of our ongoing commitment to Black History Month, we are excited to announce the creation of a quilt, to be unveiled at our Caribana event this August.
