Jessica's journey is a reminder of a mother's resilience. After losing her brother, she and her two teenagers initially found shelter with her parents. However, the loss made that situation difficult. Thanks to housing with TNDC, she can now raise her kids and continue her full-time job.

Robin said she needed TNDC social services to support her as she is raising two disabled children, one with autism and the other bilaterally deaf. With a roof over their heads, she said the three of them are thriving, learning sign language and visiting local museums in the center of the city!
