I previously used MAXQDA with a team of five, and overall, it worked well. Some limitations were present, but they can be moderately addressed with careful management.

I have been using Asana for a few years now to manage a small team, and it has worked perfectly for our needs. It is intuitive, keeps everyone aligned, and really streamlines our workflow.
