YOU MAY ALSO EXPRESS YOURSELF ON OTHER PUBLIC PROPERTY, SUCH AS PLAZAS OUTSIDE GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS, PROVIDED YOU DO NOT OBSTRUCT ACCESS OR INTERFERE WITH THE PROPERTY'S INTENDED USE. #FIFTYFIFTYONE KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!
