Haha I totally get you. I've said for a long time, I will tell you that I understand what you're going through but I absolutely usually cannot relate. Like logically I get where you're coming from but I could never see myself following that logic.

Yeah, you're gonna read as lacking empathy because you're trained to think about it and apply it intelligently instead of just feeling without the thought. It's just too surface level to get the info right for some people.

Yeah, that's a thing too, it needs to be small actions you can complete immediately. Like, "Hey, have you eaten? Anything sound good for later, I've been thinking about __." I hope you can start to do better for yourself.

Yeah, totally. And of course it isn't all bad, just something as simple as checking up to see if you've brushed your hair or eaten.
