Great first step considering that adequate housing was already recognized as part of the right to an adequate standard of living in article 25 of the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I miss stronger independent IT and ultimately government involvement in developing privacy-preserving verification systems, such as zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs), which let users prove facts (e.g., being over 16, having a valid drivers licence, etc) without disclosing their actual data.
