Okay so I liked this game more than X2. It has a few less BS game design things. But why do the bosses do insane damage?! And do not get me started on the dogshit buster upgrade. I enjoyed a majority of the game, although the final boss took me a very long time.

Years after beating X1, I have finally played X2 and it's pretty good. Not as good as X1. But pretty solid overall. Slightly more frustrating game design decisions were made here, like the 3 Mavericks availability, but its still a solid romp.

This is good. Shredders Revenge is better. But this was still a good time. Its not overly bloated either. Just a nice, simple beat em up with nice visuals and an awesome soundtrack. Definitely enjoyed it, just wished it had a little more in its combat.

30. Sonic Racing Crossworlds
Probably the best Sonic racing game. Its racing gameplay is SO good and feels so good to play. I may even like it more than Mario Kart World. Though it does have its issues, like the items being overwhelming sometimes, but god damn it is good. Really good.

An interesting game that sadly did not grip me in the ways other horror games did. The gameplay was solid but the game is built for multiple playthroughs. I did enjoy it mostly though, I just wish I liked it a little more.

Yeah but in 1996 I had time to dedicate to multiple playthrougha. Nowadays I don't exactly have the time to do that and I prefer to play other new experiences. Hence, this media thread haha. I know what you mean overall, though. I just think a remake would alleviate a lot of those issues.

I mean, I played for the first 3 hours and was getting roughed up bad, that I decided to start over and try to do a better job managing heals. I admitted used a guide but the game is so obtuse in where you need to go that I did not really mind that much. It didn't feel as clear as other RE's.

I appreciate your thoughts. I just find things like if you get to the mutated Steve chase portion, and you have no healing options, you kinda screw yourself if you didn't make multiple saves. That can frustrate most people and doesn't necessarily give a great player experience.

Fix a lot of the pitfalls, things that help you not get locked out of the game. Examples being the fire extinguisher and certain enemy encounters. I would also make the areas you explore feel more organically connected. They didn't feel that way in CV. Obviously, fine tune the story as well.

27. Wario Ware Get it Together!
A fun little romp for a few hours. A surprising amount of fun actually. I can definitely see myself coming back to this one for multiplayer with friends. However, I am glad it was a gift as I dont think it's quite worth $50. A pleasant surprise regardless though!

This game is...strange. It feels like a half baked spinoff but at the same time it isnt bad. It's just not as good as the original, 2, or the later sequels. The music isn't very good this time either. Overall, a fairly forgettable experience but still far from the worst.
