Reading books, among other things, keeps us educated and knowledgeable. Lifting weights keeps us strong and healthy. And we must stand up to authoritarian-leaning politics, defend democracy, and push back against hateful, ignorant ideologies — all of which can be done without violence.

I honestly can’t believe this isn’t satire.
There is no high-quality human evidence that supports the idea that the ingredients being demonized here (like synthetic dyes, seed oils, or artificial flavors) are harmful when consumed in realistic amounts and are going to "MAHA".
