Eu já assisti a tantos filmes de terror e suspense que sou completamente cabreiro com várias coisas. Por exemplo, fui caminhar na floresta e montanha em Tromsø e levei um alicate de unha, porque vai que aparece um doido assassino por lá… na minha cabeça o alicate de unha salvaria minha vida. 🆘

É impossível que um cientista não queira mostrar seus achados aos pares (publicando artigos) ou falar sobre sua pesquisa (divulgando a ciência). Por isso, a Pós-Graduação deve concentrar esforços na formação de cientistas com uma base filosófica e ética sólida e não apenas na publicação de artigos.

Routine observations are not exciting. Yet, measurements of surface ocean partial pressure of CO₂ (pCO₂; think of this as concentration) are important for determining annual ocean CO₂ uptake. It's alarming that the number of observations has been decreasing. 🌊

A gentle reminder that if we miss the 1.5°C target (and we certainly will), the next target is 1.51°C and not 2°C. We need to keep fighting.
