Many of these people are young folks trying to get by and seniors if fixed income. In the US 50% of renters are spending more than 30% of their income on housing.

People get priced out of housing every month after rent hikes that are unjust. Without any meaningful wage growth.

The worlds Eggers builds though immaculate set design ambiance acting and direction makes me yearn to inhabit these worlds in perpetuity. His indulgence in recreating 1830s Europe and the vibes that ooze from the sets is something we don’t see often and is why Im always excited for his new projects.

After the monumental city council meeting where downtown will be transformed, I got home made chicken parm and a gin & tonic. Sat down to play some 2v2 Age of Empires online, my teammate dropped out and I fucking dominated a 1v2
