There's nothing better than bringing people together. While I don't want to be travelling five days a week, especially now that I have a child, the value of gathering people, aligning them, unpacking problems, and moving in the same direction is still such a powerful multiplier to effectiveness.

Deciding whether to focus on discovery and alpha to gather evidence or to build something and gather evidence along the way remains a difficult choice. Personally, prefer building and being prepared to reassess, carefully laying the groundwork and a future roadmap of options
