This should say "James gets lucky that the ref is inept and doesn't know the rules of the game." She fouled an Everton player in the build up. And it could have easily been a red card for dangerous foul play.

My issues is that have a player in the squad that is unable to play 90+ minutes at least once a week is taking a spot away from someone who could. We know she has struggled this season and has cost us games. We should have let her retire with dignity and signed Sam Coffey. Now we might miss out.

I think that it also doesn't help that the top leagues are moving further away from the other European leagues. Players are now coming from those leagues in a less game-reafy state. Not all, but more and more will struggle when they get their big moves.

Renee lost this one from the start. She has been so good at changing the game, but today, she did nothing. Our most in form forward is now being hung out to dry on the wing. With Walti not wanting to tackle Viv. 3 subs should have been made at half time. She needs to take this one on the chin.

From what I remember, Kim didn't look good during preseason. And with Vic out. Maybe they didn't think Kim was enough. Anyway too late for that now. Kyra has been the best #6 itl for me this season anyway. Even playing out of position.

I just think that was a lot of money to offer up for a position we had covered. And not exactly with subpar players, either. And so late in the window.

Seems like this coming summer is going to have lots of good wingers available on free's. I guess we saw this situation and decided to wait.
I'm also convinced that Kim was going to retire last summer but stayed on when we couldn't get Keira.

She was still young when we signed her, could we have given her a much longer contract than "normal".

Can't they spend as much as they want on this stuff without it being a negative against PSR, but they can add all the earnings into their revenue to boost psr spending.

We only paid for 2 players last year. Rosa and dvd. For a total of less than 500k. But we signed Fox and Mariona on free's. They probably would have cost well over 1 million combined.
