Well, I found that Zen actually has workspaces built in, and they are pretty dang close to Arc Profiles.
In settings, search for Workspaces and there are shortcut settings and an option to enable the Workspaces to be visible in the sidebar. Ultimately looks like Arc if you dont look too closely.
