Thanksgiving 3 yrs ago. Broken pipe under the kitchen sink. Thank God I wasn't hosting dinner! Plumber had to use Hilti drill to get through concrete block wall. This sent the kitters into hiding. This is where I found them! L-R: Lily, Rose & Buster.

I love what I call "cop books." THIS BOOK was the one that started it for me. Rather dated now because of new technology, it follows a detective chasing down a killer in NYC. At first they determine the weapon, then painstakingly (in the days before computers) track him down. Cliffhanger ending!
