Yes we were offered the drp’s. Some took it our of fear. Btw, when I initially said “it’s still being litigated,” that meant that nothing has been finalized. I’m not sure if you’re just in the mood to argue but you’re preaching to the choir right now.

I’m a federal employee. I’m not spreading misinformation. The probationary employees who were terminated have been brought back. A court ruled to restore the Dept of Ed. These weren’t final rulings. They’re still being litigated.

Courts returned the workers to work. It’s still being litigated but he’s still an @ss.
