Great example of how difficult it can be to measure sharp temp and humidity gradients due to sensor response times. The cold pool is so strong with the bow echo moving into central OK that the Watonga mesonet temp sensor can’t keep up with the temp drop. The RH is not 59% in the cold pool precip.
