Yes, great idea with the stipulation that only billionaires are allowed to take this treatment before it is offered for anyone else, except for maybe hedge fund managers and private equity healthcare and hostile takeover investors, they can benefit from this treatment as well.

Especially since your donation becomes their donation as a tax refund and public goodwill... They do less, you do more, they profit, you pay more.
