He did rape Juanita Broderick and made unwelcome advances toward one other. I’m a democrat who supports our party, but it is hypocritical to keep supporting Clinton and for Biden to now have named a ship after him. Clinton should barely be tolerated as a former president, certainly not honored.

okay, our sweet Diego saw photo of “mean”cat and decided he had to try. He loves bed too. Purrs and gives it love (kneads biscuits) before curling up. first bed he likes better than a box. :)

Wonder how many other states would use “he” in that sentence in a law or regulation. In my state, the rules of construction would require use of “the person” there. The same may be true for the feds.

also a show that would explore one or two issues in depth each week, presenting multiple points of view, and provide history and potential consequences related to the issue, eg transgender care in prisons, fentanyl trafficking. something informative in an in-depth, nonpoliticized way

At my former job, “shall” was understood in law to impose a duty. “Will” didn’t pack the same punch. For example, “The commission shall give notice of the date, place, and time of…”
