Another heat dome, another stretch of heat advisories, so my mid-day walk was at 8am. Still pretty!

The tree is almost center, grayish brown bark with green moss and brownish - orange fungus at the base, surrounded by smaller trees, bushes a d Bracken that are varying shades of brighter green. Not so small, chonky friend spied trying to hide in the greenery beside the trail. Brown rabbit seen in profile with big ears, big feet, and a fluffy white butt, sitting on sandy tan ground and partially under the green leaves of the plants growing along the greenway that I don't know the name of.

Chilling out in the heat.
Green, iced oat milk matcha latte from local coffee place - called Princess Consuela Banana Hammock and is vanilla, banana and pineapple - with a punk and white frosted raspberry pop tart cookie from local bakery.
