Common bed bugs don't work like that, they're not randomly out in nature because they don't survive there. Either it's a new item, or poor Tanzureir was just unlucky in interacting with the items of someone who already has a bed bug problem.

Consider:
1) Holding umbrella over someone to make their day better. Usually has smiles and blushes and giggles.

2) When hiking, umbrellas let sweat escape while costs usually don't and weigh more. Might need a way to hold it upright without hands for longer trips though.
