I got home yesterday at 5 pm after my foot synovial ganglion cyst excision outpatient surgery & my kitty nurses kicked into high gear. Stormy Snow❄️Toe was first to report for duty, but they all took turns. Kitty nurses are the best! Purring, snuggling, & kneading cats always make me feel better. ❤️🩹😻❤️🩹

And so it begins… this afternoon I’ll be having outpatient surgery for a synovial ganglion cyst on my left foot between my big toe & second toe. Should only take one hour. Well-wishes, positive thoughts & vibes, & prayers are much appreciated!

On Veterans Day, I always honor my beloved Daddy, a WWII hero & the Command Master Sergeant of the 81st ARCOM (Army Reserve Command); he was in charge of all the reservists in 7 Southern states & Puerto Rico. Sgt. Tuffy was their mascot. Dad’s heroics were written in a book of Wyoming WWII soldiers.

I’m sorry, but skin-tight black leather pants are not appropriate grieving widow attire! It’s also been reported that Usha Vance is looking into getting a divorce. Did she see the writing on the wall? After all, JD seems to throw her under the bus at every opportunity.

I could not be more appalled by Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s callous reaction to Georgians in need of food assistance! I’m so glad he can’t run again for governor.

Our fathers (including my Dad) & grandfathers who fought in WWII were all ANTIFA; they resisted fascism, autocracy, & all forms of dictatorship. FOTUS is now designating ANTIFA as a terrorist group. His threat should put us all on notice! Will peaceful protesters like me be arrested or disappeared?

I’m a PBS subscriber. Today I watched the documentary Atomic People, featuring survivors of Hiroshima & Nagasaki atomic bombings. It showed survivors’ horrific experiences & resilience. My dad was stationed in Japan as part of the American Army of Occupation; he was horrified by what he witnessed.

We’re flooded with Tiffany blue & blue-green eggs; since the always-tricky pecking order’s been resolved, even Roxie started laying light brown eggs again. It makes me so happy to see them experiencing green grass for the 1st time; they’d been kept in an overcrowded covered coop with a dirt floor.
