Fun fact - there are 4 Republican Senators who are also physicians (Marshall-KS, Cassidy-LA, Paul-KY, Barrasso-WY). In their states alone, NIH funding generates around 10K jobs and $1.6 billion in economic activity.

There are real differences around the US with regard to restraint use in those with hepatic encephalopathy. We are using restraints more in African American populations - why?!?!?!Food for thought:
