4) This chocolate. It's got me through some shit moments 😂 It's still a reasonable price for a bar of chocolate, £1.25, and whilst decidedly not as ethical as something like Tony's Chocoloney, at least it's fair trade. Decent taste too.

And now I've got to put my adult head on again. Not upset or scare my son. Do dog walks, play silly games, draw silly things, listen attentively.

Right now my brain is frozen. I've been pulled right back to when I mentally collapsed in January. The child abuse case I was a witness for? I've had police at my door for it. My abusive mother finally sectioned at a distance from me? Her final appeal was rejected today. She moves back in 3 weeks.

Facebook became a dumping ground for photos. Twitter, occasional moments of activism. Nowhere where I'd dare put anything too personal. Right now, although I'm sure it'll soon change, Bluesky is perfect for what I need. Simple. Quiet. Nice humans, at a distance.

All I know is vary the injection site as much as possible. I take blood thinners (and thus bruise easily) and arnica cream helps reduce the bruising.

Just saw somebody describe this photo as regal - and yes, that's just the perfect word. The purple against your gorgeous hair, the swoosh of the skirt, it's magnificent.
