I am savage at NS power, overpaid them from March to October and now we get a bill for 240 days saying we owe them! Their excuse ‘due to the cyber breach we weren’t able to read the meters so we just estimated power used’ 🤬. I am filing a complaint! They have damn smart meters 😡
